The Lakewood Medical Pavilion offers primary care for the entire family in a private office setting.  Staffed by board certified Family Medicine physicians, the Pavilion offers first point of access to the health care system for both routine and acute care needs.  Patients have immediate access to on-site laboratory, diagnostic imaging and a long list of specialty medicine doctors. Additionally, orthopedics and OB/GYN services are available in the Pavilion.

Services are available on an appointment only basis, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.  to 4:30 p.m. The Pavilion participates in most insurance plans and Medicare.  To make an appointment, please call:
