Patients with
insurance must bring a current insurance card and pay their co-pays at
the time of service.
TMC requires all self-pay
and partial TMC discount patients to make a down payment before
receiving care. In most cases, your down payment will be 25
percent of your charges. If you currently receive a 100 percent
TMC discount, these new guidelines do not apply to you.

Visa and Mastercard.
