Flavors Cafe
TMC Hospital Hill's cafeteria, The All Spice Cafe, is located on the ground floor,
offering hot meals, soups, sandwiches, salads, drinks and other items. Hours
of operation are:
Monday - Friday
Breakfast 6:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
Lunch 11 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Dinner 4 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
JE Dunn Construction provided funding for and
renovated the Flavors Café.
Vending machines offering snacks, cold foods and drinks are also located
on the ground floor and are available 24 hours a day.
Blossom Cafe
Morrison Healthcare Foodservices, the company providing food and
nutrition services at Truman
Medical
Center, has developed an
innovative approach to hospital dining, which the company is piloting and
funding on the third floor of Truman Medical Center Hospital Hill.
Blossom combines the power of nutritional science and culinary art,
creating healthy, flavorful meals that comfort and nourish not only our
patients but also (beginning in March 2010) our visitors and staff, in an
attractive, contemporary bistro setting. .
Blossom elevates how everyone feels about the food in our hospitals by
removing the line between patient meals and the food everyone else
eats, and bringing the preparation of the food as close to the customers as
possible.
The Blossom menu uses fresh, local ingredients, featuring food alive with
flavor. By offering one menu for almost everyone, Blossom changes the
hospital dining experience, uniting patients, their families and the staff
who care for them. The menus meet the needs for all but the most
severely restrictive diets, enabling patients to see that just because they
have a certain medical condition, their ability to enjoy many of their
favorite foods need not be compromised. Blossom food creates a desire for
everyone who eats it to learn more about how to enjoy real, flavorful,
healthy food again.
TMC Lakewood Cafeteria
The TMC Lakewood Cafeteria, is located on the first floor, offering hot
meals, soups, sandwiches, salads, drinks and other items. Hours of operation
are:

Lunch 11 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Dinner 5 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday
Breakfast 6:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.
Lunch 11 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.

Truman Cafe
The Truman Cafe at TMC Lakewood is located on the ground floor just
inside the main lobby. The cafe proudly serves Starbucks coffee as well as
cold drinks, snacks and cold foods. Hours of operations are:

6:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
