Medical Explorers at Hospital Hill
TMC Hospital Hill is proud to host Medical Explorers, a
program that gives high schools students a chance to explore various medical
careers.
Students attend monthly meetings featuring a physician
presentation, hospital tours and hands-on activities. The Explorers have
performed ultrasounds on expectant mothers and observed laparoscopic
procedures from the surgeon's point of view. They have also learned how to
give blood pressure checks and perform CPR on adults and infants.
Many former Explorers have pursued medical careers, including
