Education & Awareness to Fight Chronic Disease

Knowledge can be a major tool in preventing and reducing the impact of chronic disease.

TMC's Community Health Department seeks to improve individual and community health through education and awareness of the risk factors, signs, and symptoms related to chronic disease.  Our strategy supports the trend toward offering education programs and activities that fit specific, identified needs of the community, such as Women's Health, Chronic Disease and general preventative health.
