CiCi Rojas

Vice President, Community Engagement

Cici Rojas is TMC’s Vice President of Community Engagement, providing direction an oversight for Employee Enrichment, Community Relations, Health and Wellness, TMC Innovation and the Corporate Academy.

Prior to joining TMC, CiCi served the business, political and advocacy communities for 10 years in a variety of leadership positions. Most recently, CiCi was Executive Director of the Kansas State Republican Committee and President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Greater Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

CiCi also previously served as President and CEO of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Greater Kansas City (HCCGKC), which advocates for increased economic and political participation in the Hispanic community.

CiCi also served as the Vice President of Strategic Alliance with the Washington, D.C.-based United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. In that role she led Latino entrepreneurship initiatives, strategic partnerships, managed the affiliate chamber network, and created corporate business programmatic development opportunities to grow non-traditional revenue streams.

CiCi is also active in civic organizations on local, state and national levels. Nationally, she serves as Chair for the Latino Coalition Foundation; National Multi-cultural Advisory Council; MGM Grand Hotel and Casino Corporation Board Member; and Big Brother and Big Sisters National Hispanic Advisory Board. In Kansas City, she is the Chair of the Heartland Women’s Leadership Council and serves on the boards of Public Television-KCPT; Minority Business Development Alliance; and Touched by Cancer.

CiCi has received various recognitions, including Dallas Business Journal Minority Advocate of the Year, 2007; Minority Business News Small Business Champion; Ernst & Young Diversity Inclusiveness Award nominee; Lideres Campaign Miller Coors Diversity Program; Bank of America Local Hero Civic Award, 2004; United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Chair's Award; Kansas City Magazine “Top 50 Kansas Citians to Know”; and the Anheuser Busch Corporate Recognition Award.
CiCi is a earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. In addition, CiCi graduated from the United States Chamber of Commerce Institute for Organizational Management with the IOM designation. CiCi completed the Harvard Business School Corporate Board Governance Program and the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business Latino Leaders Institute.
