Suzanne Haug
Service Integration Leader
Suzanne Haug is responsible for the
overall administration and management of Service Excellence, Guest
Services, Concierges, Food and Nutrition Services, Transportation,
Spiritual Health, and Operator Services for Truman Medical Centers-
Hospital Hill. She drives the corporations' efforts in service
excellence and customer satisfaction.
Haug began her career at TMC in 1992 as guest relations manager. She
was later promoted to senior director of guest services with expanded
responsibilities.
Prior to joining TMC, Haug developed and directed the social work
department at Decatur County Memorial Hospital in Greensburg, Indiana.
She was the director of social work services and director of community
relations for Perry County Hospital in Tell City, Indiana. She
also was director of public relations and marketing at Welborn Baptist
Hospital in Evansville, Indiana.
Haug began her undergraduate work at the University of Alaska in
Fairbanks, Alaska. She has bachelor's degrees in psychology and
sociology from Western Kentucky University and a master's degree in health
administration from the University of Evansville in Indiana.
