Dmeter Dragovich
Vice President, Practice Management
As Vice President, Practice Management for Truman Medical Center
(TMC) Hospital Hill, Dragovich provides leadership and direction for all
ambulatory care services and clinics, with emphasis on strengthening
physician and nursing engagement and furthering a patient-centered
environment of care. Dragovich joined TMC in 2003 as the Director
of Managed Care and initially focused his efforts on developing and
monitoring TMC’s managed care relationships while in turn managing the
performance of these contractual relationships and appropriate payment
collection. In addition, Dragovich was responsible for providing
leadership and direction to the Hospital Hill Medical Pavilion, a
multi-specialty physician practice at TMC that provides more than 12,000
patient visits on an annual basis.
Prior to TMC, Dragovich spent more than 15 years with various managed
care health plans such as United Healthcare, Humana and CIGNA.
Dragovich received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the
University of South Florida and in 2011 completed his MBA with a focus
on Health Care Administration from Avila University. Residing in
Olathe, KS, Dragovich keeps busy in various church and civic
organizations along with his wife, Sharon, and their three daughters.
