About TMC > Community Benefit Report
TMC is a vital thread in the fabric of our community. TMC is a true
community asset, providing more than $120 million a year in uncompensated
care, employing more than 4,000 and infusing more than $120 million a year
into the local economy.
This annual community benefit report provides detailed information about the
quality-net services provided to the nearly 100,000 Kansas City and Jackson
County, Missouri residents by Truman Medical Centers.

Greater Kansas City United
Way (GKCUW).
This report was prepared for the GKCUW, providing financial
information, as well as an overview of TMC's services
and activities for 2009.
