MyTruHealth
is an online health management tool for patients provided by Truman Medical
Centers.
TMC has partnered with Cerner Corporation to securely manage your electronic
medical record information.
MyTruHealth is a customized Cerner system which
provides you with the capabilities to interact with the medical records
system.
It gives you access to your health records and allows you to:
- Request an appointment
- Check on your lab results
- Communicate with your providers
MyTruHealth
should not be used for medical emergencies or urgent health issues. For
emergencies, dial 9-1-1. For urgent issues, call your medical provider.
How do I get signed up to use
MyTruHealth?
Invitations to participate in MyTruHealth occur when you visit your TMC
healthcare provider. After registering to become a participant by providing
your email address to your health care associate, an invitation will be sent
to your email address within 24 hours.
If you have trouble claiming your account or logging in, please call
877-621-8014 between 7 am –7 pm CST Monday through Friday (except holidays).
Once you have an account set up, you can access
MyTruHealth
anywhere you have access to the Internet – at home, work, school, the
library, etc.

The ability to securely send messages to your health care team.

You can view data from your Electronic Medical Record.
Request an Appointment
You can request an appointment with your clinic without picking up the

Is my information secure on
MyTruHealth?
Yes. MyTruHealth meets
all HIPAA rules for privacy and provides you with the ability to securely
view, store and share your health information.
How do I check my messages?
Select Messaging from the navigation panel and then click on Inbox. This
will take you to your received messages. To view the content of a message,
click on that message.
How will I know when I have a new message?
When a new message arrives in your
MyTruHealth
inbox, an e-mail alert message will be sent to the email address that was
entered for your account during registration.
