The financial worry of a medical bill is a real concern for many of us and, not surprisingly, often causes a great deal of anxiety.
There are many questions a patient may ask, including:

Concern about a medical bill should never get in the way of receiving essential health services. TMC provides the best quality care to everyone, regardless of one's financial situation.
TMC accepts most commercial insurance plans, but if uninsured, our financial counseling staff is prepared to become a patient's partner. TMC provides financial counseling, which can determine your eligibility and assist you in applying for Medicare, Medicaid, the TMC discount, help with payment plans, and other options.
Patients admitted to TMC are visited by a counselor during their stay to determine eligibility for various financial programs. Outpatient counselors are available, on the fourth floor of TMC Hospital Hill (old registration area) and on the first floor inside the clinic entrance at TMC Lakewood, to assist patients from the hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
