Publications & Reports

Here you'll find the Community Benefit Report, the Community Health Needs Assessment reports, and issues of The Pinnacle, TMC's quarterly magazine.

Community Benefit Report

TMC is a vital thread in the fabric of our community. TMC is a true community asset, providing more than $130 million a year in uncompensated care, employing more than 4,000 and infusing more than $120 million a year into the local economy.

This annual community benefit report provides detailed information about the quality-net services provided to the more than 100,000 Kansas City and Jackson County, Missouri residents by Truman Medical Centers

Community Health Needs Assessment

Within the pages of this Community Health Needs Assessment, you will see snapshots of where our “thinking outside the bed” vision  is taking TMC. Our on-site Healthy Harvest Produce Market, taking healthy foods into the urban core with our Mobile Market and our  plans to open an affordable, community grocery store are just a few examples we describe within these pages. Those forward-looking  initiatives are just two of the latest efforts we believe proves that when it comes to leading the way toward a healthy community, TMC walks the talk.

The Pinnacle

A quarterly, full-color magazine for staff, donors and friends of TMC highlighting new services, staff or exciting new additions to the Truman Medical Center System.
